How to Order Products
You can purchase products by following the steps below:
1. Select a product and add it to your cart
Select the product and click the "Add to Cart" button.
2. Proceed to checkout
On the shopping cart screen, confirm the product and total amount, then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
3. Enter customer information and shipping address
Fill in the required fields (name, email address, phone number, address, etc.).
4. Select payment and shipping method
Select your preferred payment and shipping method, then click the "Next" button.
5. Confirm your order details
Review your order details.
If everything is correct, click the "Confirm Order" button.
This will finalize your order.
About Payment
RIDEZ Online Store accepts the following payment methods:

During the order process, you will enter your credit card number, and payment will be processed in real-time. Currently, accepted cards are VISA, MASTER, and AMEX (including all affiliated cards). Once you make a purchase with a credit card, your payment information will be saved with an external payment service provider, allowing you to make subsequent purchases without re-entering card details.
※Depending on the result of the payment processing, payment by credit card may not be available.

The total amount payable will be the product price plus shipping fees, with the addition of the cash on delivery fee listed below.

Please pay the delivery person upon product delivery. You can choose to pay with cash or credit card.

※If payment by credit card is not possible due to poor signal conditions, we may switch to cash payment.
※If you do not receive the product within the delivery company's holding period, the order will be canceled.
※Payments for services other than the product itself, such as special搬入作業費 (carry-in charges) during delivery, cannot be made via cash on delivery.
Domestic Shipping
■About Delivery
An order confirmation will be sent to you by automated email immediately after your order is finalized.
After order processing, once shipping arrangements are complete, we will notify you of the delivery date and time by email.
In the unlikely event of out-of-stock or discontinued products, we will also inform you by email.
Normally, for in-stock items ordered by 2:00 PM on our business days, we will ship on the same day.
(Please note that shipments may be delayed until the next business day due to large influxes of products or company events. We appreciate your understanding.)
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, such as overseas products or made-to-order items, so please check the product page in advance.

International Shipping
■About Delivery
We also support international shipping. The shipping method will be Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service). Delivery usually takes about 3-4 days for Asia, 4-5 days for North America, 5-6 days for Europe, and about one week for other regions from the date of shipment.
■About Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country and packaging weight. Please check Japan Post's rate page for details. Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
■About Shipping Accidents such as Loss or Damage
When shipping via EMS, we insure the package for the product's value. In the unlikely event of product loss or damage, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will arrange compensation based on the insurance.
About Consumption Tax
All our prices are tax-inclusive. Consumption tax will be displayed at checkout.
About Returns
■About Cancellations
If delivery cannot be made within the lead time specified on the product page due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, or if the delivery date informed by email is delayed, we will accept cancellations.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience.
■About Returns and Exchanges
Upon arrival of the product, please immediately check for any damage.
While we take every precaution regarding product quality, in the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged, soiled, or incorrect, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for repair or exchange at our expense.
If repair or exchange of the delivered product is not possible, we will refund the payment amount after you return the product.
Please note that we cannot process requests made after 7 days from the product's arrival.
