Founded in 1998 at the end of the 20th century by Kazuhiro Torisu, RIDEZ has been planning various products, importing overseas brands, and, in conjunction, introducing overseas motorcycle culture and proposing motorcycle events, all with the concept of "making motorcycle life more enjoyable and stylish." September: Began operations as RIDEZ International Co., Ltd.

■2003 (Heisei 15)
October: Increased capital to 10 million JPY; reorganized into RIDEZ International Co., Ltd.
